The cost to exhibit at the conference is $850. This includes one complimentary
full registration that provides attendance at all sessions, receptions, and the Henry Ford Museum banquet,
Additional persons will need to register at the customary conference rate.
As in previous years, the exhibitor booths will be located in the Michigan Ballroom,
collocated with the conference posters and refreshments to maximize attendee exposure to your booth. Due to high demand, an overflow exhibitor space has been set up in the Michigan room.

Your exhibit may remain in the Ballroom or the Michigan room overnight, but neither are secure rooms. If you would prefer to keep items in a locked room overnight, Room 6 will be available throughout the conference. The Michigan League is not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
Exhibitors should set up their space on Tuesday, June 12, between 8:00am and 10:00am. Parking is difficult around the Symposium site,
so please pay attention to the available parking lots.
If you arrive early, you can park on a meter close to the Michigan League, and then move your vehicle
to a parking lot after unloading your materials.
All exhibitors will receive a covered 8' x 2' table with two chairs, a power strip, and an extension cord.

from the Michigan League Ballroom by 3:00pm on Thursday, June 14, 2018.
The Michigan League is an old building with limited elevator space, so please be aware that large items may not fit on the elevator. The elevator dimensions are 34" x 83".
