Exhibitor Information
Fees
The cost to exhibit at the conference is $700. This includes two complimentary registrations that will provide attendance at all sessions, receptions, and the Detroit Institute of Art banquet, however it does not include the published NIM-A proceedings. Additional persons will need to register at the customary conference rate. There is no splitting of registrations.
All exhibitors need to send (or bring) a check for $700 for their exhibit space and sponsored break costs, made payable to 'Symposium on Radiation Measurements and Applications', to the following address:

Please register through the Exhibitor registration page or by sending Exhibitor registration form to Conference Services.
Be sure to pay attention to the Shipping Information, Exhibit Space set-up, display, and breakdown hours.
The exhibitor registration deadline is April 30, 2010. Please reserve early as space is limited.
Promotional Materials
For those exhibitors wishing to include promotional information in the Conference Materials bag, which will be handed out to each attendee, please send your materials to the address below by the April 30 cutoff date. These materials should be no larger than 8.5 x 11". Plan on sending 250 of each item you wish to be stuffed. Any extra or non-conforming materials will be put out on an information table.

Shipping Services
Transgroup Worldwide is a full-service freight forwarder adept in handling Trade Show/Convention shipping needs. Transgroup Worldwide - DTW has agreed to offer a 10% discount on all shipping to and from the Radiation Symposium for all Exhibitors/ Vendors/Attendees. To take advantage of these cost savings, please email dtw@transgroup.com with your shipment specifications (Shipper Address/Contact/Phone, Dimensions & Weight of shipment) and one of their professionals will assist you in processing your shipments to/from the Symposium. Setup
Exhibitors should set up their space on Tuesday, May 25, between 8:00am and 10:00am. Parking is difficult around the Symposium site, so please pay attention to the available parking lots. If you arrive early, you can park on a meter close to the Michigan League, and then move your vehicle to a parking lot after unloading your materials. All exhibitor displays and materials must be removed from the Michigan League Ballroom by 5:00pm on Thursday, May 27, 2010.
