May 24-27, 2010 The Michigan League This Symposium is the 12th in a series of technical meetings dealing with ionizing radiation and its applications that began in 1964 and has subsequently been held at intervals of every four to five years. The most recent in this series was held in 2006 on the University of Michigan campus and SORMA West held in 2008 at the University of California-Berkeley, with a program that included over 300 presentations in both oral and poster format. Its focus has expanded over the decades to include the breadth of ionizing radiation measurement applications and technologies. Interested authors are invited to review the primary topics of the Symposium and submit an abstract and 2 page summary paper by the deadline of Friday, February 26, 2010 through the Symposium website. Papers physically presented at the conference by one of the authors and accepted for publication will appear in a special edition of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A (NIM A). Specific presentation and final manuscript submission instructions will be available soon. We look forward to your contributions. News
