This workshop will be held on Friday, May 26, 2006 as a supplement to the main symposium, and is intended to focus only on materials aspects of the detection problem and in particular, materials fabrication issues. Other technical contributions relevant to Homeland Security applications are also encouraged, but will be presented during dedicated sessions during the Symposium.
* Authors who physically present their work at this meeting will also have the privilege of submitting a technical paper for publication in a special issue of NIM A.

When submitting your research, you will have the option to present at the main conference or this topical meeting. The Friday, February 26, 2010 submission deadline for main symposium sessions also applies to this topical meeting.

Fees
Attendees may register for this workshop in conjunction with the symposium for a reduced fee of $50 (plus symposium cost). Registration for those wishing to only attend this meeting is set at $200. All attendees of this meeting will receive a copy of the abstract book, but must purchase their own copies of the NIM A published proceedings.
